The bill (Reg. No. 2183a) suggests establish boundaries of coastal shelter belts of water bodies, as well as specify and adjust the respective provisions of the Land and Water Codes.

Particularly, it is suggested amend article 88 of the Water Code and article 60 of the Land Code in order to allow establish boundaries of coastal shelter belts of water bodies without elaboration of separate land management planning.
